staying at predicados do douro palace was a joy. the location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the old town. the room was cozy and nicely furnished, and breakfast was delightful with a great selection. the staff, especially the night guy, andre, were friendly and genuinely helpful.

The staff genuinely contributed to the stay. they were incredibly helpful, especially getting things sorted out quickly when we needed assistance with Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight for me—simple yet delicious, with tasty pastries available along with much appreciated homemade cake. The location, while a bit removed from the hustle of the city central, had its perks. It's across from a stunning park with lovely views and offers a peaceful vibe. A little downside is the elevator size. it felt cramped when we used it with the stroller. Additionally, the door lock seemed faulty, making us a bit uneasy. These couple of hiccups didn’t overshadow the positives, though.

I enjoyed exploring Porto with my family, especially the nearby park with peacocks, which the kids loved. Breakfast was good, featuring fresh pastries, cheeses, and a variety of local treats. This place made capturing great family memories easy.
