10/10
Ope, I can't say enough good things about this place! The breakfast was like a buffet fit for a king—such a spread! And the staff? They were just as sweet as pie, especially Bruno. My room had a charming balcony that was my favorite spot to start the day with some coffee. Next time, I'm staying longer!

The Dupelx Studio felt spacious and cozy. The room had beautiful decor, making it feel inviting. The staff genuinely contributed to the stay. they were incredibly helpful, especially getting things sorted out quickly when we needed assistance with Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight for me—simple yet delicious, with tasty pastries available along with much appreciated homemade cake. The location, while a bit removed from the hustle of the city central, had its perks. It's across from a stunning park with lovely views and offers a peaceful vibe. A little downside is the elevator size. it felt cramped when we used it with the stroller. Additionally, the door lock seemed faulty, making us a bit uneasy. These couple of hiccups didn’t overshadow the positives, though.

missingWrote a review on Oct 11elegant decoraging bathroomnoisy room
The decor of the common areas is charming and elegant.
During my stay, I found the bathroom was clean but clearly showing signs of aging and wear. The noise insulation in the room was also disappointing, as I could hear conversations from the hallway, interrupting my sleep. Additionally, there was an alarming lack of information about the underground parking garage nearby, which would have been incredibly helpful for my arrival.

I enjoyed exploring Porto with my family, especially the nearby park with peacocks, which the kids loved. Breakfast was good, featuring fresh pastries, cheeses, and a variety of local treats. This place made capturing great family memories easy.
My wife says that the room's noise insulation could be improved.

great location , but minor lighting issue
The hotel is directly opposite beautiful gardens, making for relaxing views. It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from major sites, along with easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. The breakfast options, especially the gluten-free selections, really stood out to me as a fantastic way to start the day.
The only downside was the balcony lights, which could have used some improvement for better nighttime reading.

The Twin Room was super comfy, really spacious, and so quiet—exactly what you need for a good night’s sleep. Plus, it had everything you could want to feel at home. The decor was nice, too. The only minor thing was that it could use a little more lighting for reading at night, but honestly, that’s just me being picky.
